A time will come when the world looks to the south for
redemption.
I see,
in a different tomorrow,
Our future generations holding the great throne of peace.
The place of origins begins to glow
For this is the place they will come to seek refuge
Once they have burnt our skies and charred our fields
This is where they will solicit knowledge and sustenance
They will come in droves
to pay homage to our grandchildren’s great grandchildren
And humbly ask them to be the keepers of their wealth
guardians of their splendid history.
I see,
In a different tomorrow,
Persia engulfed, Mesopotamia entrapped
and Arabia in a
thousand and one nights.
I see,
In a different tomorrow,
Twelve tribes wander, the sons of Ma de captives
and the fourth estate divided between us.
I see,
In a different tomorrow,
No police servicing force, no force serving politricks
and no fences.
When the time has come and the world looks south for
redemption.
